1. Who we are

MAKE ME FIT is operated by AVERON TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17479274, registered office: Unit C Piccadilly Business Centre, Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester M12 6AE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Email: hello@makemefit.net.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings of MAKE ME FIT courses and learning paths by consumers and business customers. The content, duration, support level and price of each course are those shown on its course page when you book.

3. How a contract is made

Requesting a place is an enquiry, not a binding order. A contract is formed when you complete checkout (or accept our written offer) and we confirm your booking by email. We may decline a booking, for example if a cohort is full; any payment is then refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown without VAT. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and status; the total is always shown before you pay. A one-time registration fee of €10 applies to each course or path booking. A 30-minute mentor consultation costs €190. Payment is due at booking unless an instalment plan is agreed; instalments are provided by a regulated payment partner under its own terms.

5. What you receive

Each course consists of modules with lessons and assignments, a result tracker, the mentor and coordinator support stated for its level, a final assessment and post-course support for the period stated. One-to-one calls must be used within the course period plus its post-course support period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details, including the effect of starting a course early, are set out on the Refunds and withdrawal page.

7. Your account and use of content

You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the course materials for your own learning. Sharing your login or redistributing materials is not permitted. We may suspend access for serious misuse after a warning, except where immediate action is needed to protect other learners.

8. Certificates

Our certificates confirm completion or achievement within a MAKE ME FIT course and can be verified via a public link. They are not state qualifications, degrees or professional licences.

9. AI features

AI features support practice and understanding. They do not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration or other professional advice, and they do not decide on assessments or certificates.

10. Changes and cancellations by us

If we must move or cancel a cohort, we offer you another cohort or a full refund of amounts paid for services not yet delivered. We may update course content to keep it accurate; the outcome and support level you booked will not be reduced.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are responsible to consumers for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or lack of reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses of consumers. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected booking.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please write to hello@makemefit.net first; we respond within five business days. We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
