Questions
Is this recognised by employers or authorities?
Our certificates show exactly what you completed and what you produced, and each has a public verification link. They are not state qualifications. Where a profession requires a recognised qualification or licence, we prepare you for that route and tell you who awards it.
How much time do I need?
Most courses need three to six hours a week. The course page and your Readiness Plan show the expected weekly time before you commit.
Which language can I learn in?
English, German, French or Spanish. The interface, lessons and certificates are available in all four.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within your statutory withdrawal rights and our refund policy. Read the refund page before you book.
Is the AI giving me advice?
Where we use AI, it helps you practise and understand. It does not replace your mentor, and it does not give legal, tax or financial advice.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We issue invoices to employers and offer team licences. Write to us through the business page.
What is the difference between a course and a path?
A course builds one capability. A path combines several courses into one route with one coordinator, one lead mentor and one final result, at a lower total price.
What happens if I fall behind?
Your coordinator will contact you with a catch-up plan. In Guided and Premium courses you can also ask your mentor to adjust the plan.
Can a course be adapted to my situation?
Yes. We modernise our courses continuously and adapt them to personal needs — pace, focus, examples from your profession, accessibility requirements or extra language support. Mention what you need in your application and your coordinator will confirm the adjustments before you start.
