Help adults across Europe reach a concrete next step, and be paid fairly for your expertise. We provide the curriculum, rubrics and coordination, so you can focus on feedback.
Indicative fees
- One-to-one call (up to 60 minutes)€50–70
- Assignment review€20–35 per review
- Weekly group clinic (60 minutes)€100–150 per session
- Premium personal mentoring€350–600 per learner per course
- Course authoring or updatesProject fee agreed in advance
Final fees depend on the subject and your seniority and are confirmed in your engagement letter before your first cohort.
Who we are looking for
- At least five years of professional experience in the subject you mentor
- Experience hiring, managing, training or advising people
- Fluent (C1 or higher) in English, German, French or Spanish
- Four or more hours a week during the cohorts you accept
- Able to work as an independent professional in your country
What you do
- Review assignments against our published rubrics
- Hold the one-to-one calls included in each course
- Run a weekly 60-minute group clinic for your cohort
- Flag learners who fall behind to their coordinator
- Suggest improvements to course materials

Onboarding
A paid half-day onboarding, then your first cohort with a senior mentor alongside.
Key terms
- You work as an independent contractor and are free to work for others.
- You choose the cohorts you accept; for those cohorts you meet the published response times.
- Response times: assignment reviews within three business days, messages within one business day.
- Learner data stays on our platform and is used only for mentoring.
- Course materials remain ours; your own pre-existing materials remain yours.
- You do not sell your own services to learners enrolled with you.
- Either side can end the engagement with 30 days' notice.
