1. Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

2. Current status

The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, text alternatives for icons and reduced motion. In October 2026 we tested representative pages with automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks and corrected the issues found (colour contrast of some labels). An independent audit, including testing with assistive technologies, is planned.

3. Known limitations

The Readiness Check requires JavaScript. Some legal pages are long: our Terms of service begin with a plain-language summary of the key points, and similar summaries for the other legal pages are in preparation.

4. Feedback

If something is not accessible to you, write to hello@makemefit.net and we will reply within five business days with the content in a form that works for you.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the market surveillance or enforcement authority responsible for accessibility in your country of residence.
